Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States, calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping on orders over $50 
• Estimated delivery times range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these estimates do not include processing time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We take great care in packing your candles securely. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@groundedserenity.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage, so we can assist you.
